Reviews and Ratings
Our stay at the resort was filled with mixed experiences. The location is fantastic, close to everything we wanted to explore in Noosa. We found the room spacious, but it did have a slight musty smell upon arrival, and we encountered some confusion regarding the accommodation levels. While the staff were pleasant, service during peak times at the restaurant could be slow. The dining options were enjoyable but could benefit from more variety. Overall, we appreciated the good facilities, but there were aspects that didn't quite live up to our expectations given the price.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms were spacious and clean, the service left much to be desired, especially during busy times. The dining experience was uneven, and the location had both charming aspects and some inconveniences. Overall, there are definitely strengths, but improvements are needed in customer service and dining consistency.
My family and I had a mixed experience at the resort. While the location and pool were enjoyable, we faced multiple issues with our room and service. The cleanliness of the room was not up to standard, and the service, particularly at the front desk, left a lot to be desired. Overall, it was a disappointing stay considering the price we paid.
My stay at Peppers was absolutely wonderful, with a modern and spacious apartment that offered a quiet and private atmosphere surrounded by lush greenery. The pools were fantastic and the dining options at the restaurant were satisfying. However, my experience was somewhat compared with noise from children in the area, which could detract from the relaxation you might want.
I had a wonderful time at this resort! The apartment was spacious and comfortably set up, providing a lovely view of the surrounding forest. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a variety of delicious options each morning. Although the location gave a sense of seclusion, it was just a short walk to Hastings Street. However, the service could use some improvement, as some interactions felt a bit disinterested. Overall, a great place to stay but with a few areas for enhancement.
